DENNIS A. POTTER

     Dennis Allen Potter passed away at the age of 73 Saturday, May 27, 2023. He was born Oct. 9, 1949, to Harvey and Helen Potter of Cataract, Wisconsin.

     Dennis graduated from Sparta High School and soon after moved to Janesville where he worked at the General Motors Plant until his retirement. He retired on his special acreage in North Bend, WI, where he enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends.

     Dennis is survived by sisters, Valeria (Gordon) Hesselberg, Eagle River, WI; Jeaneta O’Neil, Osseo, WI; Jeanette (Erv) Roth, Kenosha, WI; Marleen Berg, Ettrick, WI, and brother-in-law, David Kriesel, Fountain City, WI. Dennis is also survived by many special nephews and nieces. 

     Dennis was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Gale and Dean; a sister, Rosalie Kriesel; and brothers-in-law Galen Berg and Kent Chrisinger.

     Services will be held at South Beaver Creek Lutheran Church, W16679 County Road D, Ettrick, with Pastor John Ashland officiating Saturday, June 17, 2023, with a visitation from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. and the funeral at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at a later time.
