Kelly (Van Kirk) Janke-Prichard

Kelly (Van Kirk) Janke-Prichard, 65, of Verona, WI, passed away Jan. 1, 2026, after a courageous battle with Bulbar ALS. Her husband, Shane, was by her side.

She is survived by her husband Shane Prichard, & son Joshua; She was preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Dolores Van Kirk, and her sister LeAnn Hollet.

Kelly was a longtime mathematics teacher at Madison West High School and was deeply loved by her students and colleagues.

A celebration of life will be held Jan. 31, 12–3 p.m., at Hawks Landing Banquet Hall, Verona. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brown Paws Rescue, Dane County Humane Society or Agrace Hospice.
